When seeking employment through Nannies Today, you will under go a very detailed interviewing process.
Every nanny is interviewed by us twice.
The initial interview is over the phone to discuss your previous experience, qualifications, hobbies, interests, and to evaluate your communication skills. At Nannies Today we pride ourselves on recruiting the higher calibre of nannies.
Once a nanny has successfully passed their telephone interview you will be asked to attend a formal interview with a member of Nannies Today. At the interview we ask you to provide all your formal qualification certificates including a CRB, passport, references, and an up to date CV.
Once the interview has taken place Nannies Today will then go through the process of validating your references both verbal and written.
Once this process is complete you will then be available to be put forward for suitable employment opportunities with families registered with us.
It is just as important for nannies as well as parents to be places in the right job.
