We undertake detailed screening when enrolling a nanny with us...
When a nanny wishes to seek employment through Nannies Today, they undergo a very strict and detailed interviewing process.
Every nanny is interviewed by Nannies Today twice. The initial interview is over the phone to discuss previous experience, qualifications, hobbies, interests and their communication skills. At Nannies Today we pride ourselves on recruiting the highest calibre of nannies, therefore the candidates from Nannies Today will be exceptional.
Once a nanny has successfully passed their telephone interview, they will be asked to attend a formal interview with a member of Nannies Today. At the interview the nanny will be asked to produce all their formal qualifications including a CRB, passport, references, and an up to date CV. If the nanny does not have a CRB check that has been obtained in the last 2 years then they will be asked to apply for another one before they can be recommended for interviews.
Following the interview, Nannies Today will then go through the process of validating their references both verbal and written.
Once completed the nanny will be available to be put forward for suitable employment opportunities with families registered with Nannies Today.
